On Sunday 5th March we ran a very successful and exciting ballet workshop. The theme was Sleeping Beauty. We learnt about the ballet story and some of the characters, and then prepared a short dance using the Sleeping beauty ballet music. The children had their hair put into a bun and a small amount of make-up out on to get a taster of the life of a performing Ballerina.
The children then got to perform the dances they had learned to their families as well as watching a professional ballet dancer.
