If follows a specific program of exercises using exercise balls, stretch bands and small balls to work specific muscles to help develop strength and understanding of how to use specific muscles for children’s regular ballet classes. These classes are run alongside the ballet classes to give a cross training programme which helps improve their technique and correct placement during their normal ballet classes.
